CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

All projects are under warranty which covers fixing of system reported problems free-of-charge. Can also be contracted for annual maintenance of the application system or product at ABSI prevailing consulting rate. Services include:

• Program bug fixing and error correction
  
• Off-site program diagnostic
  
• On-site assistance (e.g. system preventive maintenance like DB tuning, system tuning, application system software monitoring, application system backup, system library management, software installation )
  
• Provision of new product releases or enhancements.
